January 13, 2010, 5:00 PMSNOW!!!!! Just my luck. I'm now fully fit after 3 weeks of being very ill and ready to catch up on some belated Christmas cheer only to find myself snowed in. Arghhhhh! In fact it has been so bad that Jason and I didn't even get a chance to go to the pub to celebrate his birthday in a proper and correct fashion (helping him drink himself silly).You'll be pleased to know that I didn't get tempted to draw anything Top Gun like this year and surprised him with a sketch of a Clonetrooper plus a pack of his favourite ever sweets - Percy Pigs (they were all gone in seconds). Anyway here's the sketch.  Also thanks to Max from MG Memorabilia who sent me a pic he took of Robert Englund signing some of the Freddie prints for his site.  Apparently he liked the image, although Max thought he might have been angling for a freebie...huh celebs what are they like. If anyone else has a pic of a celeb signing one of our prints send it in to info@invisibleincdesign.com and we'll give you a name check and post the picture here. Finally... with all this bad weather it has left me no other choice but to get on and catch up with some commission pieces and new paintings. As soon as something is ready to show I will post it here. Thanks to everyone who came and said hello. Unfortunately our camera ran out of batteries after photo number 3 but at least I got some shots of the stand.  We had a great time as usual (being hungover on Sunday didn't help to much though). Our only complaint was the fact that Nigel Benn was only signing photos and gloves....very annoying after I had spent most of Friday night trying to complete an illustration of him for a customer. The Alien head original painting was sold at the show - below is a picture of it on it's way to it's new home.  After updating the stock after the show we now have only a few of the following prints left. Clockwork Orange Alex - one left. The Joker - three left Robocop - two left. If you're going come along to the stand and say hello. We will have the usual mix of original paintings (some new and some not shown before) and limited run prints. It will also be the only chance to see the original Steve McQueen painting before it is delivered to it's new owner.All the new prints below will be available in the shop and on ebay by tomorrow morning. You will notice that we have done a ultra limited run of the Eliza Dushku painting Alan did a couple of years ago.  We have also got an advert appearing in Total Film this month so if you are new to the site - welcome......
